Upstairs, the second living space serves as a dedicated cinema room, complete with a 65-inch TV and plush seating, designed for the ultimate movie-watching experience. This thoughtful design allows residents to enjoy a private retreat without sacrificing comfort or style.
Incorporate lush greenery, water feature:
Plants and water elements like ponds or waterfalls add life, movement, and a refreshing quality to the space.
These features are not just decorative; they improve air quality, create soothing sounds, and foster a calm atmosphere.
Natural lighting:
Maximizing natural light brings warmth, emphasizes textures, and highlights the natural beauty of materials.
It also positively impacts mood and energy, making spaces feel more inviting and uplifting.
Open Floor Plans:
By minimizing walls and partitions, open layouts allow spaces to flow into each other and feel expansive.
This design choice creates a sense of freedom and makes the home feel more connected to its surroundings.
The choice to create different areas is inspired by local Balinese architecture, each buiding serves a specific purpose.
A concept know as Tri Mandala.
Large Glass Walls:
Floor-to-ceiling glass allows for panoramic views, inviting the outdoors in and letting in ample natural light.
These glass walls create an immersive experience, where the beauty of the outside becomes an integral part of the villa’s interior.
Blending with Surroundings:
Areas like terraces, patios, or balconies are positioned to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape.
This integration allows one to enjoy views, fresh air, and sounds of nature from various parts of the home.
Cozy and Intimate Spaces:
While the villa is open, there are still cozy nooks and corners that offer privacy and warmth.
The master bedroom is isolated and above everything, offering amzing view to the lenght of the pool.
A seating area outdoor, can become a reading corner or a meditation spot.
These intimate spaces are balanced with larger, expansive views, offering a blend of comfort and grandeur.
